- This app provides features for patients and doctors of UPNHM Hospitals which use the
Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) of the Centre for Development of
Advanced Computing (CDAC), Noida.

- The e-Sushrut UP HMIS (NHM) Mobile App does not collect or transmit to CDAC
personally identifiable information or require the use of logins, passwords, etc. generated in
the mobile app. The app uses the camera and record audio permissions to enable video
calling between patients and doctors during teleconsultation workflows. The option to revoke these
permissions can be set from the app settings options on the mobile device.
Security of Your Information
- CDAC respects and protects the privacy of the individuals who use HMIS Mobile App
services and is committed to helping protect the security of your information. The
information captured by the app is not shared with any third party.
